The website with sound effects is one of the best websites that I know. There are other websites I know too. You use sound effects and music in video editor. Video recorder is your offline streaming tool. Video editor is your blender where you blend-in all musics, sound effects, transitions and all the rest. Sound software like audacity will be used to pitch/improve quality of your actual voice during video that you have added along with other assets in Video editor.

To create the perfect video you will follow those steps:
1) Create 3 different projects. The Intro project, outro project and video project.
2) Independently create different 3 sets of musics for each and you may include sound effects I have suggested.
3) Once you have finished the intro, outro and video projects, you create the 4th project called "Production"
4) You will add them in following order via track Intro -> Video -> Outro
5) Congratulations! you have video fully produced!

Fundamentally, your video must be clean.
Quality = 720 HD standard for Youtube.
Audio = The game's interactivity in sound and implications of battle effects.
Music = Must not contain singer or annoying ringings. Preferably epic music or melody.
Title = Must be objective to certain scenery via video.
Description = Must be containing text supply for search engine to pick you up in their radar.
